Sarah grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in 2025 with a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Science, Public Policy, and Ethics. As an undergraduate, she served as a volunteer EMT for Columbia University Emergency Medical Services and participated in archaeological research based in New Mexico. She currently works as a research assistant in the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and the New York State Psychiatric Institute alongside Dr. Amandeep Jutla and Dr. Kally Sparks, and plans to pursue an MD. Outside the lab, she enjoys live music, boxing, and Citi Biking through the city.
